The role of the SFE is to provide a broad set of dashboard and analysis tools as well as their interpretation for driving data-based decisions for the business.This role needs to work with closely with the Sales/BU/Marketing to track sales performance, opportunities and forecasting to help drive sales effectiveness, sales functional improvements.


  • Maintain/consolidate/update a set of dashboards, including performance by reps and by products, opportunities funnel and forecast tracking
  • Track business data, perform detailed analysis, and generate regular analysis reports for business performance reviews, interpret business conditions & trends
  • Develop new modelling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess model performance
  • Design and deploy sales force effectiveness tools to help drive improvements
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting data requests from the business
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3 years above of business experience, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticalrelated company experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Mathematics, Finance or related field is preferred
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Salesforce) and EDW system
  • SQL, PowerBI and Python skill will be a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, teamwork skills and attention to detail are essential
