IT Specialist

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to administrate the provision of telecom infrastructure for 5G services
• Provide technical support on implementation and operation of AA-owned 5G infrastructure
• Liaise with various stakeholders to support the project sites works
• Work closely with internal users to launch 5G service and migrate private LTE service to AA 5G infrastructure
• Coordinate with the mobile operators service launch and BAU support
• Liaise with telecom regulators to ensure the compliance of telecom services to legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focusing on the implementation of Wireless/Cellular/Telecom technologies in Hong Kong or sizable organizations
• Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent and Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent is preferred
• Professional qualification or certification in telecommunications, systems architecture, IT service management and design thinking will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge and experience with successful track records in design, security, implementation and support of large scale mission critical LTE/Wireless/5G Network infrastructure with multiple supplies such as Huawei, Ericsson, Cisco etc
• Hands-on experience in telecommunications network and application development is preferred
• Mature, self-motivated, customer-oriented with excellent communication and project management skill
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
