We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Security Manager.
Principal responsibilities
. Responsible for partnering across all key stakeholders, by Cloud Service Platform
. Act as a SPOC and primary face off to platform leads collaboratively shaping and defining engineering requirements
. Works closely with Scrum Master & broader engineering team to deliver product backlog
. Ensure that Alibaba Cloud foundation platform conforms to HSBC Cyber Security standards
. Develop requirements together with customers and HSBC Security Architecture team.
. Develop and deliver engineering solutions for automated and continuous security compliance checking

. Strong experience working in a Cybersecurity engineering type position (building/deploying security solutions) - preferably in cloud environments
. In-depth technical knowledge and experience of Alibaba Cloud security aspects/features
. Strong Python development skills
. Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams
. Excellent written and spoken communication skills an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
. Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
. A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others compliance with relevant regulatory processes
. Experience working within DevOps culture, knowledge of common tools and processes
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
