The position

  • Manage the compliance and security of GxP systems
  • Create and maintain operation & maintenance procedure of GxP systems, the procedure should including yearly plan of IT PSE, URR, CRR, IT recovery testing, user training and other activities according to industry best practices and NN procedures.

  • Manage system configuration and conduct change management in accordance with NN quality requirement.
  • Assess and manage risks, ensure system security in accordance with NN predefined risk and security requirement. Conduct security patching and other security activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure GxP systems are up to date and meet the company's needs

  • Manage GxP system upgrade projects with cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide training and support to GxP system users

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of GxP system operations
  • Ensure system user guides are updated and aligned with global documents.
  • Ensure GxP system operations are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provide audit support to ensure GxP system operations comply with the company's internal control requirements

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends relevant to GxP systems

Qualifications

  • Four-year Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline4
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library ) Foundation certification is preferable ITIL
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory systems management and computer system validation (CSV), or working in a similar position

  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory system compliance and security requirements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry
