IT Crisis Management Manager

Responsibilities
1. As Incident Commander, handle major IT incidents, organize and lead various technical teams to quickly recover from failures, minimize the impact on business and operations, and meet service level agreements Carry out root cause analysis, and arrange for permanent repair 3. Responsible for formulating and improving operation and maintenance events, changes and other processes and specifications, and responsible for the establishment of disaster recovery system for key IT services 4. Responsible for the design of IT service management process tools, and their implementation Work (including but not limited to process design, process optimization, process tool customization, etc.).

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in information technology, computer and related majors 2. More than 3 years working experience in IT operation and maintenance, at least More than 1 year of experience in major event management and change management, strong process consulting and design capabilities, ITIL Foundation qualification, ITIL Expert/PMP is better 3. Have basic network knowledge, familiar with TCP/IP protocol, and disaster recovery system Architectural experience is better (DRP&BCP experience in the financial system is a plus) 4. Can withstand greater work pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skills and teamwork skills, pursue new technologies, and be brave to accept challenges 5. Possess excellent oral English skills and can be used as a working language and overseas teamwork.
