Your new role

• Responsible for all IT matters for warehousing and logistic product / business area across greater China.
• Enable and execute all relevant GC IT & CL strategic initiatives including roadmap & resource planning, project prioritisation & execution, budget planning & controlling, system life cycle management
• Ensuring fit for purpose, stable and cybersecure services for internal partners and external customers
• Responsible for developing effective and valued partnerships with counterparts in GC business unit as well as in regional team
• Cultivating and developing a GC IT organisation which embraces a culture of constant transformation through communication, strategic direction, innovative mindset, and talent development
• Effective and responsible management of assigned resources and budgets
• Establish organisational framework, procedures and governance rules within area of responsibility based on functional requirements of the business owners, standardisation of processes, SOPs & guidelines, corporate IT solutions, benchmarks and compliance procedures in accordance to the regional ICT strategy and IT governance rules
• Full responsibility for all services, employees, and costs within GC ITCL
• Support GC CIO, APAC BU IT Head and GC BU Head in defining and transforming the strategy into the day-to-day decision and business development activities i.e., implement the global IT strategy for the logistics domain within the cluster.
• Manage and implement, effective IT processes which are in alignment with strategic IT Management Logistics processes for key accounts, demand management, solution development, solution delivery, project management, project portfolio management, release management and service management
• Align, communicate and steer, all IT and projects/business needs
• Create, collate and compile, regular reports and KPIs
• Anticipating and analyzing trends in technology, assessing the impact of emerging technologies on the business and services
