Investment Analyst, Architas Asia (1-Yr-Contract)

Fund research (for Oversight)

• Conduct Due diligence on Oversight UL funds
• Working cl Working closely with the lead analyst, contribution to research and monitoring of funds in sectors under AAL responsibilities (Asian/China FI and Equities)
• Working closely with the PMs, contribution to research and monitoring of ART 9 funds (BL and candidates)

Fund management assistance

• Manage and maintain specific files used to support client meetings and investment manager decision making

Communication

• Assist in the production and collation of investment materials used in various client and internal governance meetings

Reporting

• Responsible for reporting for funds/products under the team's responsibilities

Your Profile

We are looking for you to be client focused, proactive and results oriented, with a willingness to improve processes and to propose innovations, capacity to share information and best practices.
Fundamentally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• CFA Charter holder (or working towards - at our discretion)
• 3 to 5 years experience as fund research analyst
• Proven knowledge and experience working in financial services Ideally in the areas of manager research and/or with managers and investment management techniques
• Be organized, rigorous and able to prioritize tasks
• Have the flexibility to adapt to dynamic projects in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communication skills (both oral and writing) are also needed as well as the ability to think creatively, to express thoughts clearly, and to work effectively with others
• Fluent in English
