Job Description

Responsibilities

1 . Responsible for the user growth of ByteDance's products, formulating and implementing product growth strategies 2. Responsible for key goals of the entire user life cycle including new additions, retention, and recall 3. Optimizing product functions, advertising, natural communication, etc. Means to promote organic growth and improve paid ROI.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience, experience in overseas market advertising strategies and advertising platforms is preferred 2. Strong logic, the ability and awareness to continue thinking, and the ability to continuously explore the essence of problems 3. Data-driven, good at using data and formulas to measure and express, and sensitive to data changes 4. Have an international background, and be interested in exploring different cultures Interested in the commonalities and differences of user needs in the context.
