Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the quality control of international procurement processes, ensuring efficient implementation and continuous optimization of procurement process systems, and improving the standardization and standardization of procurement work 2. Coordinate the planning, construction and maintenance of procurement systems, and promote the improvement and upgrading of system functions to improve procurement efficiency and data accuracy 3. Establish and improve the internal procurement quality control system, supervise the compliance of procurement activities, and promptly discover and deal with potential risks and problems 4. Responsible for the collection, sorting, analysis and reporting of procurement data, providing reliable data support for procurement decisions, mining data value to optimize procurement strategies 5. Coordinate with various business departments, deeply understand business needs, and formulate targeted procurement plans and strategies based on business characteristics and development plans 6. Lead the team to develop suppliers, evaluate, select and manage suppliers, maintain good supplier relationships, and ensure the stability and reliability of supply 7. Regularly summarize and evaluate procurement work, continuously improve procurement work methods and processes, and continuously improve team performance.
Qualifications
1. Those with bachelor's degree or above and who have experience in purchasing management are preferred 2. Have profound purchasing process system design and optimization capabilities, and have experience in successfully promoting procurement process changes 3. Be familiar with various procurement systems, have experience in implementing and managing procurement systems, and be able to independently complete system demand analysis and solution design 4. Be proficient in internal procurement quality control methods and tools, and have a high sensitivity and control ability to purchase compliance 5. Have data processing and analysis capabilities, be proficient in data analysis tools and methods, and extract valuable information and insights from data 6. Be familiar with procurement strategies and market conditions of different categories, have extensive knowledge reserves and rich practical experience in the procurement field 7. English can be used as a working language, with excellent communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental cooperation capabilities.
