International e-commerce products Manager - Deal Fulfillment Solutions

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the solution work of nationalized e-commerce transactions and contract performance products, and fully support the development needs of e-commerce business in different countries around the world 2. Work with product operations and local operation teams to understand the development trend of overseas e-commerce ecology , understand the different ecological roles and value chain composition of each country link platform rules to build long-term ecological barriers 3. Have a structural idea, be able to form a complete understanding of the business and quickly judge, and be able to identify and judge different business processes, products Space for large-scale efficiency improvement, formulate phased product strategies or plans for key business opportunities, and reasonably balance long-term platform construction and short-term business pain points 4. Design operational tools in combination with internal operations and external ecological user scenarios and demands (such as transaction process configuration capabilities, transaction process data analysis), to help localized operations to optimize transaction efficiency to design an open API solution to facilitate efficient access of ecological roles with development capabilities to focus on ecological users and provide Efficient and diversified products and services.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce transaction performance products 2. Large-scale Internet open platform products Experience, or toB platform products, or experience in operating tools 3. Have a certain understanding or experience in domain-driven design, be able to abstract the supply of layered capabilities of products, and produce practical solutions from business products to platform products 4. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments, organize and coordinate business, product, R&D and multi-functional efficient iterative delivery 5. Meticulous logical thinking ability, good communication and expression skills, The psychological quality of actively and proactively coping with setbacks and challenges is in line with the talent concept of being smart, optimistic, down-to-earth, and introspective 6.
