Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating and improving the expansion goals and strategies for the e-commerce industry (clothing/fast moving goods/electronics/home furnishings, etc.), breaking down the goals into specific actions, and improving goal management, progress analysis, review, etc. 2. Responsible for analyzing the industry supply structure, formulating merchants and product classifications, and formulating matching and effective investment strategies and incentive policies 3. Research and gain insights into industry/merchant needs and pain points, explore industry/merchant development opportunities, and build corresponding data monitoring systems to provide collaborative guidance Business growth 4. Cross-department cooperation to promote processes, product optimization and capacity building.

Qualifications

1. Have more than 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry in the consulting industry, e-commerce companies or the Internet 2. Have a good understanding of the industry merchant pattern , have a deep understanding of consumer needs, digitalization and mobile Internet, have a certain understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, celebrity e-commerce, and have practical experience 3. Have good judgment and independent thinking ability to ensure rapid learning and adaptability Change, result- and goal-oriented, business thinking 4. Have excellent data processing and capabilities (proficient in Excel, preferably master SQL, python) 5. Barrier-free communication, expression and social skills in English, accept long-term assignments/overseas business trips , having overseas study/life experience is a bonus.
