Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the formulation of the overall user operation strategy, responsible for the growth and conversion of users, and effectively increasing the life cycle value of users 2. Focusing on the integrated marketing business, combined with product and field strategies, targeted output of user plans for large promotion activities Matching strategies with people and goods stores to promote the achievement of activity effects and goals 3. Based on user stratification, formulate different segmentation operation strategies for different target groups, build effective user operation links, and promote user transition 4. Combine market analysis and Industry trends, conduct user research and opportunity mining, output strategies and drive target user growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of e-commerce work experience, user operation direction is preferred 2. Good data sensitivity, Have clear logic and methodology, and be able to independently output high-quality user strategy plans 3. Have strong learning ability, self-driving force and resistance to pressure, strong communication and coordination skills, and be good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Have good skills English communication and writing skills. English can be used as a working language. Overseas experience is preferred.
