1. Configure and maintain project management tools for the global PMO team to ensure that the tools can meet the needs of PMO teams in different countries and can track project completion progress in real time 2. Organize large-scale meetings for the global team and cooperate with each team to prepare meeting materials before the meeting. Host the meeting to ensure efficiency, and follow up on to-do items after the meeting 3. Cooperate with the global PMO team to track key processes, such as emergency management and demand collection, the operating status of global departments, and produce regular reports and summaries.

1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language 2. More than 3 years of project management or operation experience, with project management skills Tool maintenance experience, and the ability to independently produce tool usage and project progress analysis reports 3. Have excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills, and be able to collaborate with teams from different regions and departments around the world, prepare meetings and follow up on projects.
