Instructor's Assistant (Full-time / Part-time)

1. with certificate(s) of relevant specialty / HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent academic qualification
2. Holder of Intermediate Trade Test Certificate in relevant trade (Trades include Bar Bending & Fixing /Timber Formwork /Bricklaying, Plastering & Tiling / Electric & Mechanic /Electrical Installation / Metal Work / Painting & Decorating / Surveying & Levelling / Plumbing & Pipe-fitting / Crane Operation) and
3. A minimum of 3 years solid work experience in relevant trade.

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

1. To assist in preparing materials and equipment required for training
2. To prepare training materials and tools
3. To assist in the supervision of training of relevant trades
4. To assist the teaching staff to maintain order and discipline of students
5. To assist in the purchase of consumable materials, tools, plants and equipment for the relevant trades and to check the quality of purchased materials, tools and equipment upon delivery
6. To assist in the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment in workshops or training grounds
7. To assist in the maintenance and repair of campus building, workshops and training grounds
8. To implement all necessary safety precautions and
9. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.
