Responsibility
1. Responsible for the operation of industry categories, integrating platform and merchant resources, serving consumers with content, and achieving healthy growth of industry GMV 2. Responsible for the formulation of core strategies of industry categories, target disassembly and growth strategy output + implementation follow-up, insight into category development trends, and continuously improve category structure and richness 3. Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the industry's basic operation system, connect with multiple internal departments, and realize the connection and implementation of new tools, new gameplay and new marketing, including the planning and promotion of industry category marketing activities 4. Responsible for the introduction and training of key merchants in the industry, establish a merchant growth system, and do a good job in layered operation of merchants 5. Responsible for the formulation of industry category product strategies for major promotions, and promote the investment schedule of major promotion products 6. Responsible for the layered and refined growth SOP + implementation monitoring + methodological output of industry merchants.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of operational work experience, 3 years or more of team management experience, and experience in life services related industries 2. Have strong project management coordination capabilities, rich cross-team and department project resource integration capabilities, and are good at organizing internal and external resources to promote the achievement of project results 3. Understand the market and industry trends, understand the platform operation business model, promote the achievement of merchants/platform dual goals, and form a strategy formulation operation mechanism 4. Strong data acumen, be good at discovering the problems behind the data and giving solutions 5. Be willing to accept challenges and changes, have an entrepreneurial spirit, adapt to the rapid development of startup companies, and have certain innovative capabilities.
