Job Description
主责任：
- 负责管所辖区域产一切业务，制定地区业绩达目展方，确以法方有效领导团队达业绩，续高管团队在方项表现；
- 建立业绩良好富产力士高团队；
- 勇于战，在公区域管策情形下，确完上级下达其他工作目；
- 与所负责区域人招，负责团队人展，进行绩效管教导；
- 必须确MICSPIM院内会真实；时以请报DM区域中医院院间会对区域城会；
- 建立有效沟通系统；
- 具备管潜力，团队作良好，积正心；
- 具备良好沟通计织能力；能够以身作则就严于律己，并作为带人有效管团队在任何时候以法方开展业务,循公所有策程行业准则以相关法律法策，包括但于为团队立正氛围, ,将作为工绩效考晋指之一；积管团队行为，以审慎尽方审团队费会议，有效防止或干团队行为；视团队管，定期主导议题讨论，先开展工作等
任件：
- 有2年以上辉验，或有3年以上等知外制公验；
- 考过去两年业绩，达率/增长率需达到或超过团队平水平；
- 公内部有管验优先考，芽高级优先；
- 具有团队作精神；
- 获得DMRM书批准；
- 内部候选人请岗空缺还须确本人在12个月内在辉工作期间警以上分记录并需对过往接任何等级分记录进行实披露，以没有正在被调查中
