Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the HR policy of the regional R&D company , implement and promote the implementation of systems, systems and key projects within the department
2. In-depth understanding of the business and personnel development status of the responsible field, and assess and clarify the needs of HR for organizational and talent development
>3. Drive platform resources to provide HR solutions and integrate internal resources to promote implementation improve the human resource management capabilities of management cadres, focus on the integration and training of key talents, and ensure continuous communication and feedback

Qualifications

More than 1.3 years of professional experience in human resources, solid professional skills
