Responsibilities
1. Support the e-commerce quality assurance business team, have an in-depth understanding of the business situation and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department 2. Be able to gain insights into the problems existing in the organization and team, and apply professional theories, methods, Tools to provide business teams with comprehensive solutions, including (but not limited to) training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work, and promote the implementation of solutions 3. Assist in completing the construction of organizational and team atmosphere, and promote the construction of company culture and business rapid development 4. Responsible for the team building of the business department, designing personnel growth paths and personnel training plans based on the existing team situation, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plans and following up on implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have the skills to recruit , performance and other practical experience, priority will be given to those with HRBP work experience in the Internet industry 3. Have team spirit and a high sense of responsibility, good at communication, and like to think independently 4.
