1. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools, and provide the business team with a full range of solutions, including recruitment, performance, talent development, organizational development, employee relations and other human resources work 4. 1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of HRBP work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, training, performance, etc. 3. Familiar with relevant human resources policies, laws and regulations 4. Self-driven, strong thinking, conscientious and responsible, affinity, able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm.
