Responsibilities
1. Support the e-commerce R&D business team, deeply understand the business situation and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department 2. Insight into the problems existing in the organization and team, and apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide the business team with comprehensive solutions, including (but not limited to) human resources work such as training, performance, employee relations, etc., and promote the implementation of the plan 3. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, promote the construction of the company's culture and the rapid development of the business 4. Responsible for the team building of the business department, design the growth path and personnel training plan according to the existing team situation, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in each module. Those with HRBP work experience are preferred 3. Have a team spirit and a high sense of responsibility, good at communication, and like to think independently 4. Have a strong sense of time, can handle multiple tasks at the same time, and complete work efficiently and on time, have strong learning and stress resistance, be proactive in doing things, be down-to-earth and careful, and can adapt to the rapid development of the company.
