1. Based on consumer insights and consumer decision trees, find innovation opportunities in vegetable categories, output category strategies, and conduct category management 2. Supplier resource development and management: collect and analyze supplier information and procurement market trends, implement supplier development and supplier process control management, formulate effective procurement strategies, and establish stable supply channels 3. Price gross profit management: combine various information inputs to complete product pricing and continuously optimize gross profit structure 4. Initiate, participate, promote and implement business plans together with online and offline operations 5. Build and optimize the procurement process and supervise its effective operation: organize the formulation and improvement of procurement management, commodity management, warehouse management, in and out warehouse management, etc., various management systems, optimize procurement costs and cycles, and be responsible for performance results 6. Manage and coach procurement assistants, be responsible for team building, selection, deployment, training, and guide subordinate employees to formulate phased work plans, and supervise their implementation. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant category purchasing experience those with e-commerce platform, large-scale retail channels, online and offline experience are preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of vegetable categories, practical purchasing and sales experience, and have the ability to control the market 3. Have a clear understanding of the procurement business process and system, and have a strong ability to predict the trends of retail supermarkets and e-commerce industries. Those with both online and offline business experience are preferred 4. Good at finding and developing suppliers, and can manage suppliers independently and effectively 5. Good at creating high-quality products 6. Have strong analytical judgment, forward-looking thinking, pressure-bearing ability and teamwork awareness, and have experience in purchasing team management 7.
