1. Education and age: College degree or above 2. Work experience: Have the thinking mode of traditional large-scale retail operations, and have served as a management position at the level of deputy store manager or above in traditional physical retail stores for more than 2 years more than 1 year of management experience in the fresh food department, have professional management ideas for fresh food, and pay attention to customer value and customer experience.
