What you need-- 1. College degree or above, with a certain foundation in English 2. More than 5 years of human resources experience in fast-moving consumer goods or retail industry, including at least 3 years of management experience 3. Experience in handling labor relations cases 4. Have the skills to communicate with grassroots employees 5. Experience in opening new stores is preferred 6. Have good team awareness, communication skills and stress resistance.

Job Requirements

Responsible for the design and implementation of store-level recruitment plans and reasonable staffing 3. Responsible for the implementation of store-level employee training, the construction and promotion of organizational culture 4. The establishment of store organizational structure and talent echelon construction, employee career development planning 5. Comprehensive store cost control and analysis, assisting operations to improve labor efficiency
