What you need-- 1. College degree or above, with a certain foundation in English 2. More than 5 years of human resources experience in fast-moving consumer goods or retail industry, including at least 3 years of management experience 3. Experience in handling labor relations cases 4. Have the skills to communicate with grassroots employees 5. Experience in opening new stores is preferred 6. Have good team awareness, communication skills and stress resistance.
