Independently formulate evaluation standards, be responsible for the access effect of large model business, make product decisions and optimize processes based on service data through data analysis, user surveys, product analysis, ABTest, etc., deeply explore new opportunities, and effectively improve business indicators 4. Continue to mine user original data to drive the optimization of consumers pre-sales/in-sales/after-sales product and service experience, continuously improve the problem-solving ability of intelligent services, and improve the full-link user experience. Job Requirements
1. Proficient in dialogue system and dialogue strategy design, familiar with multi-round dialogue, RAG, knowledge reasoning, experience in large-scale model implementation, NLP, intelligent customer service, AI assistant and other practical experience are preferred 2. Computer science, artificial intelligence and other related majors are preferred 3. Have customer perspective and service experience awareness, and have a certain consumer empathy ability 4. Understand mainstream AI products, have your own understanding of the direction of AI, can produce medium- and long-term product plans, and continue to innovate, with breakthrough and innovation awareness 5.
