1. Responsible for the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms in e-commerce customer service scenarios, including but not limited to the exploration and application of natural language processing, recommendation prediction, multimodal and large language model technologies. 2. Develop and optimize intelligent conversation robots in the field of e-commerce customer service, use NLP technology to interpret user inquiries, and provide accurate answers and suggestions through recommendation prediction technology, while realizing intelligent recognition and recommendation of graphic content. 3. Build an intelligent assistance system for manual customer service, and improve the quality and efficiency of manual customer service through functions such as automatic speech recommendation, intelligent summary, and answer optimization. 4. Explore and implement generative dialogue robots and auxiliary systems based on large language models, from pre-training to fine-tuning to reinforcement learning, to comprehensively improve the understanding, generation and execution capabilities of intelligent customer service to reach a level comparable to that of human customer service.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, linguistics or related fields. 2. At least 2 years of work experience in natural language processing or dialogue system development. 3. Proficient in machine learning, data mining and other fields, and able to accurately model and solve problems in e-commerce customer service scenarios. 4. Have excellent programming skills, proficient in Java/C++ or Python, and have experience in ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder and other competitions. 5. Those with large-scale language model R&D projects or relevant research papers with high influence are preferred.
