1. Responsible for the product quality management of the region, familiar with the seasonal product characteristics of the fresh category, respond to common quality problems of consumers, and work with various business departments to pre-deploy seasonal products to reduce the occurrence of consumer product quality problems 2. Promote the optimization and improvement of product quality in all links through the VOC-store distribution sales method-warehouse receipt-key supplier pre-positioning reverse review and accountability mechanism 3. Coordinate the professional line management of regional warehouse quality control and store QC: strictly manage the warehouse receipt and store sales methods to improve product quality satisfaction 4. Establish an effective communication and reporting mechanism with the district general manager, lead and assist the team to establish an effective collaboration mechanism with procurement/logistics/operation and other business lines, complete the work delivered by the headquarters, and jointly improve the quality of regional products
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 3-5 years of quality control management experience in fresh food e-commerce or retail industry, good at product quality management of fresh food categories such as fruits, vegetables, and aquatic products 3. Cheerful, good at communication, with a strong sense of honor and responsibility, and certain data analysis capabilities 4. Strong communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, able to promote the implementation of experience problem solving across teams and get results 5. Always adhere to the customer first concept under any circumstances, dare to challenge any problems that affect the experience, and actively promote improvements
