1. Responsible for the national warehousing operation standards and create a high-standard system for lean production of Hema fresh warehousing. 2. Overall planning of 5S standards for warehouse site management across the country 3. Promote optimization of various aspects of warehouse lean production 4. Improve the achievement of indicators in each link of warehouse operation, improve operational indicators, and optimize operation plans. 5. Empower the front-line of warehouses across the country and train and output lean production methods. 6. Support warehouse operation optimization and improvement projects. 7. Implement the formulation of national large warehouse site standards. Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of lean operation management experience and warehouse site operation experience. 2. Possess CAD or other drawing capabilities 3. Possess good data analysis skills, logical thinking skills, and horizontal communication and coordination skills 4. Familiar with the use of office software
