1. Responsible for the reception, quality inspection and classification of fresh products to ensure that product quality meets national standards and company requirements 2. Monitor the storage environment of fresh products to ensure that temperature, humidity and other conditions meet the specified requirements and effectively prevent food spoilage 3. Regularly conduct inventory and random inspections of inventory goods to promptly detect and deal with unqualified products 4. Track and record the quality status of fresh products to provide data support for quality improvement 5. Work closely with the procurement department to evaluate and review the supplier quality system to ensure the quality of goods upon arrival 6. Train warehouse employees on the knowledge of fresh product quality standards and daily operating specifications 7. Participate in the formulation and optimization of quality control processes to improve work efficiency.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in food science, agricultural engineering or other related majors 2.3 years or more of relevant work experience in fresh food or food industry quality control, management experience preferred 3.Familiar with national food safety standards and industry specifications, with HACCP, ISO22000 and other certification knowledge preferred 4.Good data analysis and problem-solving skills 5.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit 6.Able to adapt to high-intensity work, strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance
