1. Through daily observation, data analysis, market research, etc., understand local user needs, market conditions and other information, transform category commodity business opportunities (including but not limited to regional procurement needs, local commodity mix, local commodity strategy and rhythm, pricing strategy, etc.), and enhance the commodity power of Hema products in the local area 2. By breaking down and transforming the business plan, we can form a truly operational sales plan (including but not limited to the final product list, online and offline main products, inventory estimation, and order execution), and work with relevant parties to ensure that the business plan can be effectively implemented in the city, and monitor the implementation status and improve it as the city-side interface 3. By following up on product shortages, inventory, inquiries, etc., we can ensure that the arrival, sales and quality of local products meet the needs of the city Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years or more of relevant category procurement and sales or platform operation experience 2. Familiar with offline supermarkets or online e-commerce sales links, those with online and offline experience are preferred, and those with multi-level experience are preferred 3. Have the ability to break down the path to achieve the overall goal through a combination of strategies 4.
