1. Responsible for judging the market trends of relevant categories, developing and introducing new suppliers, creating hot products and high-quality products that meet the needs of Hema, and ensuring that the category competition is in a leading position 2. Responsible for the research of target consumer groups, and formulate relevant product category planning and product operation strategies based on consumer insights 3. Responsible for supplier resource management: collect and analyze supplier information, implement supplier process control management and formulate effective procurement strategies, and establish stable supply channels 4. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the procurement process, and supervise its effective operation: organize the formulation and improvement of various management systems for procurement management, inventory management, and warehousing management, and reduce procurement costs and procurement cycles Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant procurement experience, good at fresh food procurement, e-commerce, O2O experience preferred 2. Have a clear understanding of procurement business processes and systems, and have strong predictive ability for the retail and consumer goods industries 3. Good at finding and developing suppliers, and can manage suppliers independently and efficiently 4. Buyer-type procurement, good at creating hot products and boutiques through commodity operations 5. Have strong analytical judgment, forward-looking thinking, pressure-bearing ability and teamwork awareness, and have procurement team management experience.
