1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience 2. Have an online and offline operation thinking mode, and have served as a management position at the level of deputy store manager or above in traditional physical retail stores for more than 2 years 3. Be able to complete the formulation and implementation of store department preparation plans, and be able to conduct quantitative module management of stores 4. Have a deep understanding of commodity knowledge and the ability to promote business development 5.
