1. Responsible for the operation coordination, execution, and implementation of the regional catering/pre-prepared dishes/baking headquarters and store-side 2. Responsible for the regional catering/pre-prepared food/baking business strategy planning, profit analysis and control, and able to propose operational solutions in a timely and effective manner 3. Responsible for the management, training and focus of the store catering operation team 4. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, business parties, and store managers 5. Preparation, training, and empowerment of new stores 6. Have experience and methods in catering/pre-prepared food/baking management, operation, and marketing, and can promote the overall performance of the catering industry 7. Improve negative reviews and formulate plans, and lead and promote daily projects. Job Requirements
1. Have potential, have in-depth research and thinking on catering formats or pre-prepared food or baking, and have a good perception of the Internet 2. Have relevant business management knowledge, legal knowledge, and catering knowledge 3. More than 5 years of work experience in the catering industry and more than 5 years of experience in large-scale chain social catering enterprises are preferred
