1. Be familiar with the products, achieve the category management goals, focus on tracking the achievement of gross profit margin and the use of labor efficiency, sort out the product structure and provide guidance for the display and operation specifications of the store 2. Reduce the loss rate, follow up the operation specifications of SOP, and check the accuracy of BOM with purchasing 3. Reasonably control inventory turnover, regularly sort out and replace the tail inventory, and work with purchasing to make order estimates 4. Follow up on category NPS and inquiries to form a streamlined new product process to avoid inquiries caused by disorderly work in stores. And regularly follow up on training and execution and verification standards 5. According to the business plan split by the sales budget, focus on key projects and the sales of single products, formulate effective plans and follow up on the execution process and the effective achievement of the final results. Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years of relevant work experience, experience in retail, e-commerce or logistics industry is preferred 2.Have the ability to organize marketing and promotion, understand the distribution channels of retail products, have in-depth research on the sales and prices of related products, understand the market situation, understand the products, have keen market insight, and be able to adjust the store's sales strategy in time according to market trends 3.Be familiar with laws and regulations related to retail 4.Good language organization and expression skills, good logical analysis and judgment skills 5.Strong ability to integrate resources across teams and departments and execution ability, good internal and external communication skills
