1. Business Plan: Responsible for the business plan of the three major formats of HEMA Fresh (fresh store/membership store/cloud supermarket), output feasible business strategies based on business goals and market insights, including business rhythm/marketing strategy/product strategy/investment plan, etc., coordinate finance/procurement//marketing/APP operation/operation, etc. to disassemble the implementation path of each channel based on the strategy, and be responsible for business results. 2. Key projects: Responsible for the planning and execution of festival/mental projects, design marketing strategies/product strategies/investment strategies based on project goals, follow up on the product selection, online and offline implementation and regular review of the project, and be responsible for the project results. 3. Category strategy: Responsible for the planning of Hema's large-scale category strategy, and follow up on the product structure, operation methods, and monitoring indicators under the relevant pallets, and coordinate procurement to improve the efficiency of pallet products. 4. Link building: Responsible for the continuous construction of Hema's headquarter and branch links (headquarters + branches), including the output of key nodes/meeting organization, etc., to promote the continuous improvement of organizational production efficiency. Job Requirements
1. More than 7 years of experience in category management/category planning, with experience in large-scale retail e-commerce platforms/self-operated integrated marketing, category operations, and category planning preferred. 2. Strong data analysis, business understanding and structured thinking skills 3. Good communication, organizational coordination, strong learning and implementation skills 4. Business acumen, data sensitivity, clear logic, strong coordination skills, and the ability to quickly dismantle the production relationship and implementation path of complex projects.
