Output industry/merchant growth strategy diagnosis and implementation plan. By outputting product manuals, training courses and other documents, we link the middle and high-end departments of the platform to implement cross-department collaboration plans and continue to follow up on subsequent iterations and optimizations carry out effective training and promotion for merchants, monitor feedback from all parties in a timely manner, and resolve follow-up issues. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet business analysis, operational analysis, strategic consulting, platform merchant strategy, etc., 3 Years and above of team management experience 2. Good data sensitivity, ability to analyze complex data, proficiency in using data analysis software is preferred 3. Strong learning ability, self-driving force, certain resistance to pressure, and strong communication and coordination skills. Good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Have a good understanding of content e-commerce, and experience in relevant industry work and projects will be preferred.
