Hardware system Validation Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a new colleague in Division E in Hangzhou
Your Tasks

• Collect the customer requirements and transfer to test specification accordingly, create and implement the DVP&R based on customer requirements.
• Communication and coordination with plant/suppliers/project team/German headquarter and R&D function team regarding all validation activities for our electrified powertrain include AT and eVD
• Work together with other validation team members in your department as a team and support the testing facility and competence build up in Shanghai
• Preparation, execution, review and evaluation of tests for components and the overall system in the vehicle and on test benches, including all necessary documentation
• Solve technical problems during the product testing and involvement in the release of components and mechanical system project in your area of responsibility.

• Open mind, integrity , initiative and target oriented
• Basic knowledge of mechanic components/ system failure analysis and trouble shooting,with systematic thinking and method to investigate and manage the problem.
• Willing to continuous improve the working method and increase the reliability of working process, high motivation to learn and adapt new things.
• Quick learner,willing to get solid professional knowledge of conventional Automatic transmission/ Hybrid/ E-Mobility will be plus.
• Bacheloror MasterDegree in Mechanical / Material /Automotive Engineering
