Responsible for the illegal governance of TikTok Live Guild, create a healthy live business ecosystem, create a fair guild business environment, and eliminate risks that affect business development. 2. Insight into and define risks in the live guild business scenarios, make decisions on governance priorities and directions based on business feedback and data analysis, and design reasonable and effective governance rules and strategies 3. Coordinate the launch of product, review and operation team implementation rules and penalties for violations, and at the same time complete related work such as market education and appeal feedback 4. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of governance rules and strategies, especially the improvement of violations, the accuracy of punishment and the coverage of violations, iterate the governance plans and improve the governance process, and improve governance efficiency and experiences of all parties.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of relevant work experience 2. Have rich experience in governance or security risk control in the past, and being familiar with B-end governance on the Internet platform is a plus 3. Have clear ideas and good at thinking in depth, have strong learning ability, can quickly understand and master the essence and logic of live broadcast business, and form systematic thinking 4. Have strong problem-solving ability, be able to start from problems and goals, actively obtain information from different channels, formulate strategies and implement them, and while forming an effective impact on the business, do a good job in strategy review and systematic precipitation 5. Be good at communication, have the awareness and experience of cross-departmental collaboration 6. Have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can be used as a working language.
