Position at GroupM Nexus

Overview of jobYou will be the expert in the group who has depth experience and knowledge in Ecommerce business who can be the consultant to our key clients on building their Ecommerce business in the complex market across multiple Ecommerce platform include but not limited to JD,Taobao, Tmall.


Reporting of the role


This role reports to the Ecommerce Director, Guangzhou

Measures of success -

In three months:
  • Master the e-commerce promotion forms and operations of various mainstream e-commerce platforms
  • Participate in e-commerce promotion activities of well-known brands

In six months:
  • Responsible for the promotion planning, delivery and optimization of RTB advertising in mainstream e-commerce channels of well-known brands
  • Familiar with the advertising delivery of various e-commerce platforms

In 12 months:
  • Become an expert in RTB advertising delivery in major e-commerce channels
  • Overall responsible for the e-commerce promotion planning and delivery of a certain brand

Responsibilities of the role:
  1. Responsible for the acquisition of free + paid traffic for stores on e-commerce platforms such as Tmall/JD/Suning/VIPSHOP/TikTok/Kuaishou formulate delivery strategies and data tracking and analysis according to e-commerce nodes and store rhythms
  2. Responsible for the optimization operation of promotion tools in various e-commerce platforms and data tracking and analysis reports, improve the click-through rate, page views and conversion rate of stores and advertisements, and assist in achieving goals and sales
  3. Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of stores (including industry analysis and competitive product analysis), and give suggestions based on the analysis results
  4. Quickly respond to brand questions and needs for strategy, and serve as a bridge for internal and external communication
  5. Assist in communicating the line draft and follow-up design of store delivery materials, collect industry data, and make optimization suggestions
  6. Coach team members to grow, give guidance at work, and be able to take the initiative to undertake certain team organization or add value to the team Lead newcomers to familiarize themselves with the team work model, and be responsible for on-the-job training of newcomers
  7. Do a good job in maintaining old customers and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships


What you will need:
  1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of e-commerce promotion experience
  2. Familiar with the use of various mainstream platform promotion tools and off-site traffic acquisition and data analysis applications
  3. Good at data tracking and analysis, able to adjust the crowd, bids, creativity, etc. in time according to data changes
  4. Strong communication skills, comprehension skills, logical analysis skills, and team spirit
