Governance product operation expert-TikTok e-commerce

Responsible for the management product operation of ByteDance e-commerce platform. By tracking and analyzing product usage/research data and feedback data from merchant experts, we can understand the pain points and needs of the management product side of the management experience business, and promote the optimization and iteration of product functions 2. Deeply understand the management experience business, sort out real/effective business needs, produce high-quality MRD documents, clarify core issues, design solutions and processes, clarify ROI, etc., and collaborate with the product team to complete the complete process of product promotion, project development follow-up, and docking test launch 3. Conduct long-term industry research on the e-commerce industry's governance product capabilities, and continuously produce research results and analysis 4. Connect the governance experience business and product technology, manage the demand transmission link and realize the rhythm, link upstream and downstream output operation plans for linking the business, and recover the results based on experimental data.

Qualifications

1. Experience in e-commerce governance/experience strategy operation and product operation is preferred 2.
