Job Description

Responsibilities

1. According to the business market expansion stage, formulate annual systematic marketing strategies and plans for overseas market promotions, control the rhythm and specifications of the activities, coordinate with the product supply chain and influencers to achieve the activity goals, and be responsible for the key indicators of the activities 2. Design marketing methods for merchants, influencers, and merchandise activities based on local market user needs, target groups, and traffic conversion conditions, and through project management, coordinate with multiple parties to implement activities, achieve overall market growth and the explosion of merchants and influencers, create benchmark cases, and at the same time predict risks for activities, respond to emergencies, optimize goals and data, etc. 3. Promote the B-end productization of big promotion activities, including event project management, data productization, etc. coordinate with C-end products to iterate marketing tools, and from the perspective of localized marketing, improve the efficiency of marketing tools such as full-reduction, the efficiency of traffic resource utilization, and the positive perception of C-end users 4. From the user's perspective, cooperate with other departments, combine event performance and operating conditions, promote the optimization of big promotion user experience, improve user shopping trust perception, and focus on retention and repurchase.

Qualifications

1. Experience in e-commerce platform integrated marketing, promotion or large-scale event operation, experience in brand overseas expansion or familiarity with European and American markets is preferred 2. Familiar with e-commerce short video or live broadcast gameplay, with event creative planning, data analysis, and user product promotion capabilities 3. Strong communication, execution coordination, and project management capabilities, strong stress resistance, self-motivated learning, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment 4. Like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are highly sensitive to marketing hotspots and user consumption trends 5. English can be used as a working language.
