Global Process Expert in Human Operations

1. As the product manager and product operation of human resources operations, carry out planning and design of global processes and related systems 2. Formulate process indicator systems, and complete data monitoring and quality analysis based on the indicator systems 3. Work with other human resources teams to promote the implementation of company management concepts and HR policies, and provide insights into company management.

1. More than 5 years of experience in human resources, English can be used as the working language, and those with overseas HRBP or COE background are preferred 2. Good project management skills, more than 3 years of international project management experience are preferred 3. Clear problem expression and thinking ability, able to propose systematic solutions, and have cross-team influence.
