About the Role

As part of our Global Employer Brand team, this individual will lead efforts to promote the HARMAN culture across digital and social channels while also supporting the amplification of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messaging internally with a strong focus on content generation.


What You Will Do

  • Act as a strategic storyteller by creating content showcasing employee stories in a variety of formats (written, visual, video, etc.) across multiple internal and external channels

  • Act as creative lead for global employer brand initiatives, including ownership of digital asset management system

  • Support content development for global social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook focused on increasing awareness into our culture and promoting career opportunities

  • Drive the development of the content for our digital Employer Brand channels (LinkedIn, HARMAN Careers website, Blog, Glassdoor,, YouTube Life at HARMAN playlist)

  • Lead the engagement strategy for the global talent community through content, communications, contests, events, etc.

  • Create new strategies to drive engagement and growth around our Employer Brand hashtag #HARMANConnectsMe

  • Support global recruitment marketing efforts by proving strategic and tactical creative support as needed

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years digital communications, employer branding, or public relations experience

  • Strong English communication, writing, editing, and content creation skills

  • Experience with design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, or other graphic and video editing tools

  • MS Office skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint

  • A passion for storytelling

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience working in global companies or the ability to think with a global mindset

  • Exposure to developing talent acquisition campaigns and/or sponsored content

  • The ability to work creatively across simultaneous projects

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • We offer a flexible work arrangement, but the ability to work out of our Bucharest office on occasion is preferred
