GL Accountant

About the role:

The GL accountant works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for accounting activities, ensure the accounting records and Internal & External reporting are reliable, accurate, timely with high quality.

What you will do:

• Responsible for daily general ledger accounting tasks, including voucher entry, monthly closing, etc.
• Internal & external reports preparation & submission in a timely and accurately manner
• Provide needed information to other departments (routine reporting and special request)
• Check and issue monthly invoices
• Coordinate with vendors for PO payments
• Work with internal and external auditors for internal / external audits
• Other assigned tasks based on requirement

What you will need:

• Bachelor or above degree in Finance and /or Accounting
• More than 3 years working experiences in financial accounting / Management accounting / auditing etc.
• Sound accounting knowledge, previous working experience in multinational companies is preferred
• Good communication skills, able to communicate in written English
• Knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Excel
• Pro-active, patient, responsible, can work under pressure
