Job Responsibilities:

Achieve operational and organizational goals Train and coach team members to achieve business goals Use operational tools to guide partners during their shifts to achieve operational excellence Evaluate partner performance and provide partners with training, feedback and development opportunities Supervise and mentor partners and make staffing decisions.

Qualifications:

College degree or above Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Quick learning ability and ability to guide the work of others More than five years of working experience in the catering or retail industry, more than two years Store management experience Accept shift work (general store operating hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.), working an average of forty hours a week.
