Full time | Shift supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Produce and deliver consistent quality Beverages and food Responsible for manpower deployment and assigning tasks Assist the store manager to perform store operations and store opening and closing work Follow operating procedures and participate in cashier, cleaning and other tasks Train new partners and provide feedback on store conditions to the store manager.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Quick learning ability and ability to guide the work of others More than one year of team management experience, preference will be given to those in the catering or retail industry Accept shifts Specialized work (general store operating hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.), with an average working time of forty hours per week 24-hour stores require rotation to participate in overnight shifts, with corresponding subsidies.
