Job Responsibilities:
Make and provide consistent quality beverages and food be responsible for manpower deployment and assignment of tasks assist the store manager to strengthen the store's coffee leadership, inventory management, operating standards, etc. assist the store manager in executing store operations and opening and closing stores follow operating procedures and participate in cashiering, cleaning and other work train new partners and feedback store conditions to the store manager. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills quick learning ability and ability to guide others more than one year of team management experience, preferably in the catering or retail industry willing to work in shifts (stores generally operate from 7 am to 12 pm) 24-hour stores need to rotate to work overnight shifts, with corresponding allowances.
