1. Responsible for the front-end research and development of Feishu personnel products, involving cross-end and full-stack related work 2. Participate in the formulation and disassembly of business goal planning, be responsible for resource coordination and target alignment of all parties, be responsible for team technical planning, core solution design and technical breakthroughs 3. Continue to promote the construction of basic cross-end and platform technology capabilities, ensure system performance and user experience, and continuously improve development experience, development efficiency and quality.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors 2. Strong front-end foundation, excellent programming and design capabilities 3. Have rich technical practices across the cross-end or platform directions, have in-depth research on common technology development frameworks, and have better engineering experience and full-stack experience 4. Have good interaction design and user experience, and have certain product and data awareness 5. Be proactive and self-driven, have in-depth understanding of the business and establish communication with various roles in the business, and quickly promote the resolution of projects and problems.
