1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of work experience, solid computer foundation, proficient in front-end basics 2. Excellent Coding and design awareness, solid practical coding ability 3. Good product awareness, able to combine technology and products, and always align with the industry's first-class product standards from design to implementation 4. In one or more aspects (product, technology , engineering) have in-depth thinking and mid- to long-term product/technical vision 5. Proficient in performance analysis methods and tuning methods in Web, Hybrid and other scenarios 6. Have knowledge of at least one MV. framework (such as React or Vue, etc.) In-depth research, familiar with chromuim, V8, Node.js and other technical fields, and possessing low-level tuning capabilities 7.
