Financial System Product Manager- Management System

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for demand research, process design, function design, product design, etc. of the financial middle-end system 2. According to the product demand plan, conduct feasibility analysis and design, write PRD, and be responsible for demand tracking and control 3. Cooperate with technology The team cooperates closely to quickly and efficiently promote the whole process of R&D, testing and release 4. Regularly collect feedback from customers on various functions of the product, continuously optimize and improve the product, and continuously improve the user experience and operational efficiency of the product.

Qualifications
1. Have product design experience (end product design experience is better), have good product design capabilities, and be able to independently complete PRD and Interactive design prototype 2. Have excellent plan making and expression skills, strong execution, and good coordination and communication skills 3. Proficient in the use of product prototyping tools and project management tools, such as Axure, ink knife, Visio , Project and other tools 4. Proficient in using SQL, able to independently conduct data analysis, and optimize products based on the analysis results 5. Good at thinking, clear logic, good business understanding and business abstraction ability, and have a good understanding of system architecture principles, products Systematic understanding of design methods.
